First show for Hartnell and Chautauqua

Both superstars on the racecourse, Hartnell and Chautauqua achieved a milestone together when they debuted as show horses at the recent Show Horse Council of Victoria Horse of The Year Show at Werribee.

Hartnell achieved the perfect start, winning the Champion Led Rising Star Thoroughbred class with Chautauqua finishing fourth, with some quirky behaviour showing that he has not lost any of his zest for life. Chautauqua settled more throughout the day to finish runner-up in the Fashions on the Field class, a result which thrilled his new rider Casey Bruce.
