The draw might send SIXTIES (2) forward this time though he looked brilliant winning from off speed fresh. Has big peaks and wins from the front and the back then, so he is versatile as well as talented and he might catch plenty of these out given how forward he was fresh. SPACE RIDER (3) also returned a winner though not quite as spectacularly as Sixties and he has done this before without really going on with it. That is his challenge now - take his fresh form deeper into the campaign. ROMANTIC ENCOUNTER (6) was never in the race behind him but he is far better suited now. Liked his run in the Stutt in the spring which was won on speed by WEST OF SWINDON (1) who then did too much in both the Guineas and the Carbine Club. If he can set a more even tempo he can give it a big shake. ASAKURA (9) next best.

First up last campaign fourth of 11 at Kembla Grange Cge Mdn-Sw August 30 over 1200m, soft track; 1.75 len behind Ruination carrying 56.5kg at $2.60. Will be better for this one but he does have a good motor.

Previously second-up 2nd of 7 at Canterbury 2&3yo C&G Mdn on July 23 over 1200m, slow going 0.8 len behind Skyglider with 56kg at $9.50. Brilliant winner fresh and looks a real Guineas player off that.

First up last campaign second of 10 at Randwick Kensington Super Mdn August 27 over 1250m, in the wet; 0.7 len behind Siriusly Hot carrying 55.5kg at $19. Might be better off following this outing.
Second-up. First-up after four months ran last of 9 at Caulfield in the G3 Manfred on January 24 over 1200m, 3 len behind Space Rider carrying 57kg at $13. Previously second-up 2nd of 9 at Moonee Valley in the G2 Stutt Stk on September 26 over 1600m, long-neck behind West Of Swindon carrying 57kg at $19. Second-up eased back early on 6th of 9 at Caulfield in the G3 Manfred on January 24 over 1200m, 1.75 len behind Space Rider carrying 57kg at $11. Hits it third up and likely to run well in that spot.
Third-up today. Resuming won by 0.8 len at Terang 3yo Mdn-Sw January 2 over 1200m defeating Clevor Trever with 58kg at $4.20. Second run from a spell came from midfield and won by 2.75 len at Geelong Bm66 January 26 over 1340m defeating Loose On Gin carrying 56.5kg at $3.30. Winning in easier and worth the shot here.
Lining up for just third start. At debut, 3rd of 9 at Terang 3yo Mdn-Sw on January 2 over 1200m, 1.5 len behind Asakura carrying 58kg at $9.50. Previously second-up 2nd of 11 at Sandown-Lakeside 3yo Mdn-Sw on August 20 over 1200m, on a slow track; 0.8 len behind Humble Trader with 58kg at $3.70. Looks tested in this field.
Dual acceptor. Was well in the market at debut, won won by 0.5 len at Great Western 3yo Mdn-Sw January 24 over 1200m on a soft track defeating Red Rabbit with 58kg at $4.20. Blinkers go on but it's a lot in a hurry.
Was well-supported at debut, 6th of 11 at Moe Mdn-Sw on January 25 over 1100m, 4 len behind Baked with 58kg at $3.20. Hard to think he wins this as a maiden for all that he has a nice pedigree.
