It looks a fantastic race for MY GLADIOLA (5) who comes back from the G1 Newmarket Handicap. Things didn't work out there in a messy race, the fresh run when hitting the front before being mowed down by Tentyris in a G1 Lightning is outstanding form for this. Back to 1100m suits better, she gets regular jockey Jamie Mott back aboard and provided she's come through last start well, she's clearly the one to beat. LEGACY BOUND (2) resumed over this track and distance and won well with the big weight. He didn't beat much there but has come back well, just whether staying at 1100m is a little niggle now. Wary of unbeaten filly EDUCATED (10) who was a very smart winner here last time out in good time. She looks right up to this and can improve again. TYCOON STAR (1) has the right form lines last campaign but was just a rung below, MILITARY TYCOON (6) is going okay and is in the mix.

Second run back. First-up after four months favourite; came from midfield and won by 1.3 len at this track 3yo Qlty March 7 over 1100m defeating Burma Star carrying 59kg at $2.35. Previously second-up 4th of 9 at this track in the G2 Danehill on October 4 over 1100m, 2 len behind Mcgaw carrying 58.5kg at $7. Stays at 1100m but he's talented and can give a bold sight.
Back after a long spell. Finished off last campaign second last of 8 at Rosehill in the G2 Rom Consul on October 11 over 1200m, 6 len behind Hidden Motive carrying 56.5kg at $8.50. When resuming last campaign 2nd of 14 at Doomben in the G2 Champagne Clss on May 17 over 1200m, on a wet track; nose behind Cool Archie carrying 57kg at $5.50. Ran 3rd in a Flemington jump-out on March 20. Has ability but have a few ahead.

Previous preparation first-up to post a big 6 len win. Cranbourne Mdn-Sw June 22 over 1200m defeating Ten Warriors carrying 57kg at $1.85. Fancy he'll need this one.
