What happened in Macedon
The Lexus Melbourne Cup visited Macedon where it attended a special community event hosted at Macedon Lodge. Locals were invited to attend a tour of champion trainers Chris Waller, Andrew Forsman and Liam Howley stables as well as have the opportunity to get up close and experience the magic of the People’s Cup.
The iconic trophy will also made special visit to the Wild Action Zoo where it will met some furry local Macedon friends.
Macedon is a part of the Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour National Sweep, which sees 24 rural and regional Cup Tour destinations across Australia allocated a barrier for the 2023 Lexus Melbourne Cup.
