Upon renewal of your 2021/22 membership subscription, all members 18 years and over received a VRC complimentary Guest Pass card redeemable for six complimentary, single use guest passes for use throughout the 2021/22 racing season (excluding Melbourne Cup Carnival).

Your VRC complimentary Guest Pass card was sent via Australia Post along with your new membership card.

How to redeem your complimentary guest passes

Redeeming your guest passes is easy. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the new VRC complimentary Guest Pass card or see below:

  1. Visit Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.com.au
  2. Enter the barcode number located on the back of your new membership card and select the number of tickets you would like to redeem
  3. Enter your guests’ names and mobile numbers to complete the transaction. This is a government contact tracing requirement
  4. A Ticketmaster ticket will be sent directly to your guest via the mobile number provided during the transaction
