Join us at the break of dawn for this much anticipated annual event – a rare behind the scenes experience before the 2024 Melbourne Cup Carnival. Members, their guests and the wider public will have the perfect vantage point from The Hill Stand seating deck to study some of the best thoroughbreds in the world and gain insights from prominent Flemington trainers as they prepare for the most important week in the Australian racing calendar.
Welcoming you to this popular event will be VRC Chairman Neil Wilson, plus there'll be a live Q&A with Senior Manager of Flemington Racecourse, Liam O’Keeffe.

Melbourne Cup Carnival Construction Lockdown
PLEASE NOTE: Due to significant construction at Flemington in preparation for the Melbourne Cup Carnival, much of the site is in construction lockdown. For the safety of our members and guests, we require all attendees at the VRC Trackwork Breakfast to register their details for the event and present identification upon arrival.
