The Hayes yard have worked CAFE MILLENIUM (2) out nicely. His Flemington 1400m form and ratings are very good, winning the Elms Handicap here second up in fine style. It was a bunched finish in behind but don't let that fool you - the time was solid and he was finishing all over them. He'll blend into the race around the turn with clear air and prove very hard to hold out. PERSIAN SPIRIT (3) just found 1100m too sharp in the Oakleigh Plate first up but ran a good race. He gets 3.5kg off the top pick and his 1400m form reads well. ON DISPLAY (4) resumes having last been seen placing to Pride Of Jenni in a G1 Empire Rose. Against the boys here, she has to be respected. HERE TO SHOCK (1) was okay in an average G1 BCD Sprint in New Zealand last time. He has to give away weight to all of them but will have a tactical advantage up on speed. SCHEELITE (9) was good fresh in the Elms and has claims.
