The VRC Full Member Tenure Recognition Program celebrates and recognises the loyalty and long-standing commitment of VRC Full Members, including Pre79 and Life Members.

The program honours Members with a series of exclusive privileges aligned to significant milestone years. These are offered in addition to the existing entitlements, events, race day experiences, competitions, and benefits already available as part of VRC Membership.

Milestone Privileges

Milestone privileges are offered to Members celebrating 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 years of Full Membership. All Full Members, regardless of tenure, are eligible to win a range of exclusive experiences and offers as part of the program throughout the season.

Note: All Full Members are eligible to win exclusive experiences, regardless of tenure. Letters from the Chairman are issued in a member’s first year only. Milestone Medallions are awarded at 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50+ years. Invitations to the Long Tenured Member Event begin at 30 years.

As part of the Full Member Tenure Recognition Program, we are pleased to offer Full Members of 30, 40 or 50-year Milestones the opportunity to attend the inaugural Full Member Milestone Lunch.

VRC Full Members celebrating milestone anniversaries of 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50+ years of Full Membership will be eligible to receive a commemorative medallion recognising their tenure and loyalty to the Club.

All eligible members will receive an email with details on the collection process.

All full members will be notified upon renewing their membership of the benefits they are eligible to receive in the 2026/27 racing season.

Only Full Members (including Pre79 and Life members) will receive tenure recognition privileges based on their years of tenure.
