A Magical VRC Christmas Race Day.

Flemington was alive with a distinctly Christmas feel for our final race day of 2022. Festive activities and entertainment for everybody – Christmas-themed menus, photo's with Santa and amazing racing.

On the track, the $1 million Summer Sprint Series kicked off with the Listed Kensington Stakes (1000m).

Bring the kids this Saturday for an afternoon of Christmas fun that they won’t forget!

Write a letter to Santa, get creative with Christmas arts and crafts, have your face painted, play games with Santa’s helpers, and for our Phar Lap Club members there’s an ice skating rink!

Becoming a Phar Lap Club member is easy! You can sign up your child (under 12) for free on the day or by downloading and completing the form.

Living Legends Santa Ana Lane and Beauty Generation will be joining us on course for VRC Christmas Race Day. Be sure to catch them in the horse stalls throughout the day and parading in the Mounting Yard after races 2 and 4.

Saintly Place Sports Bar

Head to the Saintly Sports Bar trackside for $5 large beef pies and fries, a variety of pub-style games such as pool, darts and foosball. Catch all the racing and sport on the big screens. With a full bar and food outlets, you might not want to leave!
