Get ready for an afternoon of Rapid Racing at Flemington – as we celebrate Christmas and the end-of-the-year with friends, family and colleagues.
The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, but the action is fast. Seven sprints down the famous Flemington straight with a quick 30-minute gap between races – including the $200,000 Listed Kensington Stakes (1000m).
Christmas cheer will be all around with plenty of refreshments and entertainment. Families will love the kids' activities in Santa's Garden on The Front Lawn and the Mr. Whippy van selling ice creams. The air-conditioned Saintly Place Sports Bar will be serving takeaway food and refreshing drinks - and where you can join the VRC Punters Club for just $10 before race three!
PLEASE NOTE: The Club Stand will be open for VRC Members to enjoy the Furlong Bar, G.H. Mumm Champagne Bar, The Members Bar, The Roof Garden, the Courtyard Bar and The Bakery. The Byerley and Dining Room in The Club Stand, and The Grandstand and The Hill Stand will be closed.
