Celebrations were in the air for an unforgettable finale to Cup Week.
TAB Champions Stakes Day saw no fewer than three Group 1 features that showcased the stars of Australian turf.
In the Darley Champions Sprint (1200m), the NZ star sprinter Imperatriz beat out In Secret and Bella Nipotina. In the Kennedy Mile (1600m), Pride of Jenni was too good for favourites Mr Brightside, Alligator Blood and Fangirl and Atishu was crowned the winner of the 2000m TAB Champions Stakes.
As well as the world-class racing, there was a host of activities, great food and live music for racegoers to enjoy.
