Group 1 racing returned to Flemington.
With a high-quality 10-race program, the headliner was the $750,000 Group 1 Crown Makybe Diva Stakes (1600m), named in honour of the champion mare who famously claimed three Melbourne Cups.
An important stop on the Road to the Cup, the Lexus Archer Stakes (2500m) also offered a coveted golden ticket into the $10 million 2026 Lexus Melbourne Cup (3200m).
