Melbourne Cup Carnival 2025 Operating Hours:

The VRC Membership phone line will be open at the below times across the 2025 Melbourne Cup Carnival.

Howden Victoria Derby Day – 7am to 2pm

Lexus Melbourne Cup Day – 7.30am to 2pm

Crown Oaks Day – 9am to 5pm

TAB Champion Stakes Day – 9.30am to 2pm

Additionally, the VRC Membership team will be located at all entry gates (excluding the Elms) and the Race Day Ticketing Office across all four days to assist with any enquiries

Assistance during major events:

  • Please call (03) 8378 0623 (During the event only)
  • The VRC can be contacted on our Resident Response Hotline at any time during the event to report any anti-social, noise or cleaning related problems you may be experiencing.
  • The Flemington Racecourse Resident Hotline operates during all major outdoor events excluding race days.
  • The Hotline will operate for the duration of the event.
