Gold Coast Belle was backed off the map there to start $2.10 favourite, half-slow away but finding the front easily enough. Perhaps she went a bit too slow in front and faded late - third up now and Zahra on, she can atone. On Display raced wide there but looked the winner up until very late when bloused by Pondalowie from nowhere. Drawn wide here but if Lane can slot in she can atone. TENNESSEE BOUND (14) has been up for a long time but keeps racing well. Gold Coast Belle was too nippy for her two back before she was ridden to her strengths last time against the boys. She can roll along and wet ground will help. WROTE TO ARATAKI (6) stuck on fairly fresh at Caulfield over 1200m and is suited up in trip. ASTRAL FLAME (12) can run well fresh.

Second-up ran on strongly from last on the turn and won by a nose in the G2 Let's Elope Stakes at this track on September 12 over 1400m defeating Too Darn Discreet carrying 55kg at $51. Huge win latest but stringing two together hasn't exactly been her forte.
