Crystal Pegasus proved he is a stayer of the future, stepping out for the first time over 2600m and destroying a strong field in the Roy Higgins Quality.

Trained by Chris Waller and ridden by Jamie Kah, Crystal Pegasus beat home TigerTiger and Future Score and will now look towards qualifying for the Melbourne Cup through the Andrew Ramsden in May.
