Reciprocal Club Member Access to Flemington Reciprocal Club Member Access to Flemington
The VRC is proud to extend reciprocal privileges to members of selected race clubs and sporting venues, offering a unique opportunity to experience the racing excitement of Flemington.
As part of this program, reciprocal members can enjoy select race day privileges at Flemington. Explore the full list of eligible clubs and benefits below.
Current financial MRC members will have access to purchase two guest passes at a discounted fee and up to two more guest passes at the standard guest pass fee, to enter the VRC members enclosure for selected race days during the racing season*
This will provide MRC members and their guests entry into the course and VRC members enclosure**

When purchasing your members guest pass(es), MRC members must enter the Member barcode located on their membership card/s.
VRC dining options for MRC members
From two weeks prior to select race day’s reciprocal members who are entitled to Members Enclosure ticketing at Flemington Racecourse may book Members dining subject to availability.
To reserve your dining, you are required to book directly through Ticketmaster by selecting the dining product you would like to reserve then enter your Member barcode located on your membership card/s. Please note when booking dining you will be issued with a Reciprocal Members guest ticket as part of the package.

Current financial Interstate Racing Club members will have access to purchase two guest passes at a discounted fee and up to two more guest passes at the standard guest pass fee, to enter the VRC members enclosure for selected race days during the racing season.
This will provide Interstate Racing Club members and their guests entry into the course and VRC members enclosure*

Ticket Purchase Methods
Interstate members will be required to submit a letter of introduction from their Club to the VRC Membership department. VRC membership will then provide a unique code which reciprocal club members will be able to redeem via Ticketmaster.
Alternatively, visiting members are required to visit the ticket box office at any entry point around the racecourse on race day and purchase a Reciprocal Club ticket (s). When purchasing your ticket(s), interstate Club members will need provide proof of club membership.
Melbourne Cup Carnival Access
Interstate Racing Club members will have the ability to purchase a maximum of 2 full price guest passes tickets (1 for the member and 1 for a guest) across all 4 days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival. If there are any additional guest passes required, these will be approved upon request.
Interstate members will be required to submit a letter of introduction from their Club to the VRC Membership department. VRC membership will then provide a unique code which reciprocal club members will be able to redeem via Ticketmaster.
