Best of all, The Rails Promenade sites come fully furnished, so all you need to do is plan the menu!

Bring your own picnic, food, and beverages, or let one of our accredited caterers handle it for you. Members can book a fully furnished site in The Rails Promenade, beautifully outfitted with comfortable seating, spacious tables, shade umbrellas, and more.

Guests can join your Rails Promenade site with a Rails Pedestrian Pass, allowing access throughout The Rails Promenade and The Birdcage.

Enjoy the convenience of super screens, betting facilities, and easy access to all amenities at The Rails Promenade. Get ready for the best Cup Carnival yet!

For multiple-day bookings, the VRC will make every effort to allocate the same site each day. Members may purchase up to 10 car sites together in a single Ticketmaster transaction using one barcode per site. Sites purchased together will be allocated as adjoining, and all confirmed site locations will be communicated by the VRC notified in early October.

Inclusions:

Each site accommodates up to 15 members and/or guests
A fully furnished site inclusive of a clothed dining table, 10 foldable chairs, a food station unit including storage and benchtop, a high bar table and 2 market umbrellas for shelter
Bags of ice are available to purchase
Access to The Birdcage
BYO food and beverages
Access to superscreens for all the racing coverage
Access to betting facilities and live entertainment

Please note: Rails Pedestrian Passes have access to The Birdcage, but not guest access into the Members Enclosure.

Sites are available to purchase via Ticketmaster
The VRC will strive to allocate the same site for multiple-day bookings.
