The 2025 Flemington Race Day Annual Pass is $199 and provides access to all Flemington race days in 2025.

The Flemington Race Day Annual Pass can be purchased via VRC Account Manager. Please log in to VRC Account Manager and follow the prompts to purchase your ticket to access racing all year round!

To access Flemington Racecourse on each race day, you will be provided a digital ticket in your VRC Account Manager account that will be available to download prior to each race day.

Log in to VRC Account Manager and follow the prompts below to download.

  • Select ‘My Events’
  • Scroll down and select the race day
  • Select ‘View Event Details’
  • Under 'Tickets' click on the link to the digital ticket
  • Select ‘Add to Apple/Google Wallet”
  • Ticket will open in wallet app, select 'Add'
  • Your ticket is ready to use in your digital wallet!

Once Melbourne Cup Carnival reserved seating and hospitality packages are on sale, Flemington Race Day Annual Pass holders can access discounted pricing.

You can only purchase one discounted hospitality package or reserved seat upgrade ticket for each day of the 2025 Melbourne Cup Carnival. Additional tickets can be purchased at the public price.

After purchasing the Flemington Race Day Annual Pass, you will be provided with a digital ticket for each race day. These tickets will be located within your Ticketmaster account, and you will be available to download the ticket to your apple wallet prior to each race day.

Flemington Race Day Annual Pass holders can access all race days throughout the 2025 calendar year. All upcoming race days can be viewed here.

No, once you purchase the Flemington Race Day Annual Pass, you will be provided with a ticket for each race day for the year.

Your 2025 Flemington Race Day Annual Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased it.

No, the Flemington Race Day Annual Pass will only provide general admission access to each race day.
