Important information for invited guests to The Committee Room 

Raceday Information

You are welcome to arrive at The Committee Room one hour prior to the running of the first race. Lunch will be seated at 12:15pm, so we ask that you please arrive prior to this time.

Location of the Committee Room

Proceed straight through the Betting Ring, up the escalator to the first level, then turn left through the glass doors. The Committee Room is located on Level 1 of The Grandstand.

Please be aware that this room is not the Chairman’s Club on Level 3 of The Grandstand.

Ticket Requirements

If you are a VRC Member, you will require your Annual Members’ Enclosure ticket to gain admittance.

If your Guest is not a Member and you do not purchase an annual Guest Pass, please contact the office on
03 8378 0693 and we will provide a Members’ Enclosure ticket for your guest.

Name Badges

Name badges will be available at the door upon arrival into The Committee Room.

Your badge will enable you to go in and out of The Committee Room throughout the day.

Please make sure you complete the RSVP with your preferred name and your guest’s name.

Dress Code

Members’ dress regulations are strictly enforced in The Committee Room.

Please advise your guest of the dress code, as we would not wish to cause embarrassment by refusing entry.
