If you love the Melbourne Cup Carnival, you’re going to love Inside Run. This brand-new, innovative digital racing experience immerses you in every thrilling moment of every race during the Carnival. And the best part; it’s free to watch from anywhere around the world, on any device, at any time.

Developed by the VRC to enhance the existing Melbourne Cup Carnival experience, this new digital experience is going to change the way you look at racing.

For the first time ever, you can watch a race before it even happens! Inside Run will use artificial intelligence (AI) to create animated videos of all races this Carnival, showing how the last 400m should play out. The result is based on the statistics and will predict the first three horses to cross the finish line. A feature called ‘Speed Map’ also shows how each horse is predicted to jump from the barrier and settle into the race.

You can also follow Inside Run’s expert tipsters and racing identities. Inside Run will give you the ultimate inside word from trainers and jockeys, and provide the latest updates from around the track. You can view live vision of the horses in the parade ring and mounting yard, pre-race.

Whether you’re watching the races live from Flemington, or race replays on demand, Inside Run lets you live stream each race from a totally unique perspective. With up to seven cameras, you’re in charge of how you watch all the action on the track. From jockey cam, overhead helicopter, or the finish line, you can choose your favourite angle, getting right up close to the action like never before.

The interactive race guide also delivers an easy-to-read overview on every race, with each horse, their silks, jockey and trainer clearly outlined. All the race information you need is in a simple visual format, making it easier for you to select a favourite.

Alongside this wealth of racing information and content, you can also keep up to date with what else is happening on course. All of the action in The Park – including Myer Fashions on the Field and the incredible music acts – will be at your fingertips, so you can actually be in two places at once.
