Never worry about forgetting your membership card on a race day again.

VRC Members can now add a digital VRC Membership card to their digital wallet on their smart phone – offering more convenience on race day.

Your digital VRC Membership card has a different look to your physical VRC Membership card; however, it can still be used in the same way. This includes scanning upon racecourse entry into Flemington and the Members Enclosure, using you cash-on-card credit, and accessing exclusive member pricing on course at retail outlets.

Please note both VRC Membership cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the person listed on the membership card, in accordance with the Membership Conditions. Both cards have the same barcode - so while they can be used interchangeably, they cannot be used at the same time.

Look for an email from the VRC Membership team with the link to download your new digital VRC Membership card!

FAQs

Yes – your physical VRC Membership card will remain active and can be used interchangeably with your digital VRC Membership card.  

All new members will receive a physical VRC Membership card in their new member pack delivered via Australia Post.

Existing members changing membership category will also receive a new physical VRC Membership card as part of their member pack, delivered via Australia Post.

Unfortunately, your Annual Guest card will not be provided as a digital card. Member guests using an Annual Guest card will be required to scan into Flemington racecourse with the physical card. 

If you have lost your physical VRC Membership card, please call the VRC Member Services team so they can issue a replacement card and provide you with a link for a new digital VRC Membership card to download to your Google or Apple wallet. 

The barcodes on your lost card will be deactivated.

Please note: fees may apply for replacement cards.

If you don't have a smartphone or compatible digital wallet, you will not be able to access your digital membership card. You can continue to use your physical membership card to access Flemington Racecourse and the Members Enclosure.

Your digital Membership card in not transferrable and can only be downloaded to one device.
