Add your digital VRC membership card to your Apple Wallet

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to add your digital VRC Membership card to your Apple Wallet. Please note:

  • Apple Wallet is only available for Apple devices
  • Your digital VRC Membership card can only be added to a smart phone - it cannot be added to a laptop or desktop computer

To add your digital membership card to your Android device, go to the Adding your Digital VRC Membership Card to your Google Wallet.

Step 1

You will receive an email from VRC Membership with a link to download your digital membership card. Open this email on your smart phone and tap the "Add to Apple Wallet" option.

Step 2

This will open your digital membership card in your Apple Wallet. To save your card, tap 'Add' in the top right corner of your mobile screen.

You will be redirected to a screen to take you to your Apple Wallet or find it on the home screen of your smart phone. This will appear on your home screen as shown in the graphic. To open, simply tap on the Apple Wallet icon.

In your Apple Wallet, your digital Membership card will appear on top so it will be easy to access. If you already have cards in your Apple Wallet, they will appear in a 'stack'.

To view your digital membership card, tap the top of your card to expand this to full screen.

On your card you will see:

  • Member category
  • Your name
  • Member number
  • Member since
  • Membership barcode 
  • Your photo

Please note your VRC Membership Cards are non-transferable, the barcode on your physical and digital card is the same so you cannot scan into Flemington with your physical and digital cards at the same time.

Your new digital VRC Membership card is now available to use. See you on course!

  • Handy tips:
    When scanning into the racecourse and the Members Enclosure, make sure you have your digital membership card open on your smart phone and hold it to the turnstiles to gain entry.
  • To access your cash-on-card credit or exclusive member pricing at retail outlets, make sure you have your digital membership card open on your smart phone and hold it to the POS scanners.
