The Annual General Meeting of members of Victoria Racing Club Limited (VRC) will be held at Flemington Racecourse in The Committee Room, at 3pm on Thursday 14 December 2023.

AGM Registration

Registrations will open at 2:15pm, with eligible members able to register via a QR code or at the Registration Desk at the entrance to The Committee Room.

If registering via the QR code, members will be able to access key meeting information including instructions on how to ask a question, and various AGM documentation such as:

  • AGM Agenda
  • Notice of Meeting
  • Minutes of 2022 AGM

Questions for the Board

We are again inviting eligible members to submit questions in advance of the Annual General Meeting to be addressed during question time at the AGM.

If you are planning on attending the AGM and have a question you would like to ask, please email us at vrcagmquestions@vrc.net.au together with your member name and number.

The VRC will aim to answer as many questions as possible during the time allotted, giving priority to those most frequently asked.

PLEASE NOTE only financial Full, Pre-79 and Life members are eligible to attend the AGM. If you have not yet renewed for the 2023/24 racing season, you can do so by logging in to your membership account or by calling Membership Services on 1300 727 575.
