A golden day of racing at Flemington

The Andrew Ramsden Race Day played host to the Winter Series Heats at Flemington and celebrated an important figure in Australian racing, Andrew Ramsden. Who, through his passion for staying races steered the VRC and, the industry through an era of great change in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s.

Point Nepean gives Team Williams another Cup chance

Seven-times Lexus Melbourne Cup winners Team Williams have their first confirmed runner for the 2022 edition after Point Nepean took out The Lexus Andrew Ramsden today at Flemington. With a golden ticket into the Lexus Melbourne Cup up for grabs, Point Nepean, ridden brilliantly by apprentice Alana Kelly, outstayed a talent field.
